Uncertainty remains whether it is best for men to void in a sitting or standing position. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of standing and sitting voiding position on uroflowmetry parameters and post void residual urine (PVRU) in patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and healthy men.
