(UroToday.com) The second Prostate Cancer session at this year’s European Association of Urology (EAU) Section of Oncological Urology (ESOU) Virtual meeting featured two case presentations (and associated clinical discussions/debates) focused on the management of patients with localized disease. The second of these examined the potentially changing role of pelvic lymph node dissection at the time of radical prostatectomy change in the PSMA-PET era. First, Dr. Alexandre Ingels provided a case presentation followed by presentations from Dr. Christopher Eden, arguing that the role of pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) will change, and Dr. Alberto Briganti, arguing that it will not.
