To compare the 1973 WHO and the 2004/2016 WHO grading systems in patients with urothelial carcinoma of urinary bladder (UCUB), since no consensus has been made which classification should supersede the other and since both are recommended in clinical practice.

Adolescents and young adults are a vulnerable patient population for development of substance use disorder. However, the long-term impact of opioid prescribing in young adult patients with renal colic is not known.
To evaluate the safety and efficacy, and long-term functional and oncologic outcomes of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy in high-complexity tumors. Data of 155 patients with a high-complexity tumor (PADUA score ≥10) were reviewed.
Fertility preservation is essential before cancer treatment. When ejaculated sperm preservation is not possible, testicular tissue can be surgically collected by Onco-TESE technic (Oncological Testicular Sperm Extraction) to isolate sperm.
