We report two cases of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) with increasing multiple osteoblastic bone lesions but shrinking other lesions in response to chemotherapy. Case 1 had MIBC and received radical cystectomy followed by adjuvant gemcitabine plus cisplatin chemotherapy (GC).
