Various radiolabeled prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeting tracers are clinically applied for prostate cancer (PCa) imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy. The PSMA binding affinities, biodistribution, and DNA-damaging capacities of these radiotracers have not yet been compared in detail.
