Smith, Jr. Mentorship Lecture by highlighting the importance of mentoring, quoting Winston Churchill, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” He then quoted President John F. Kennedy, “We must find the time to stop and thank people who make a difference in our lives”, both of these quotes summarize several attributes that make a good mentor.
