It has been reported that some adverse events (AEs) of enzalutamide (ENZ) occur more frequently in Japanese patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) due to higher steady-state trough plasma concentrations of ENZ (CSS, ENZ) and its active metabolite (NDE), (CSS, NDE).
