F-prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET/CT imaging is increasingly used in staging, assessment of biochemical recurrence, and treatment response in men with prostate cancer. We present a case report of a 70-year-old man who underwent F-PSMA PET/CT imaging to investigate biochemical recurrence following radical prostatectomy for prostate adenocarcinoma.
