Background Gallium 68 (68Ga) prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET/MRI may improve detection of clinically significant prostate cancer (CSPC). Purpose To compare the sensitivity and specificity of 68Ga-PSMA PET/MRI with multiparametric MRI for detecting CSPC.
