In this issue of Cancer Cell, Kfoury et al. characterized the tumor and immune compartments of prostate cancer bone metastasis, revealing a mechanism of immunosuppression that involves infiltration with M2 macrophages and T cell exhaustion mediated by the CCL20-CCR6 axis.
