To quantify the proportion of patients receiving high-intensity end-of-life care, identify associated risk factors, and assess how receipt of palliative care impact end-of-life care; as the delivery of such care, and how it relates to palliative care, has not been reported in bladder cancer SUBJECTS AND METHODS: We conducted a retrospective cohort study of patients with bladder cancer who died within 1 year of diagnosis using Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results linked Medicare data.
