Myelosuppression is a potential dose-limiting factor in radioligand therapy (RLT). This study aims to investigate occurrence, severity and reversibility of hematotoxic adverse events in patients undergoing RLT with 177Lu-PSMA-617 for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
