In contrast to traditional views of incurability, patients with oligometastatic disease present with an opportunity for disease eradication with aggressive treatment. There is mounting evidence in investigating the role of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) in oligometastatic prostate cancer (OMPC).
