Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor with bone metastasis, and there is still no ideal treatment for bone metastasis of prostate cancer. In this study, a pH and GSH dual sensitive calcium phosphate-polymer hybrid nanoparticle (DTX@Cap/HP) was prepared to co-deliver zoledronate (ZOL) and docetaxel (DTX) to treat bone metastasis of prostate cancer.
