To assess the feasibility of Robot-assisted Radical nephrectomy with Inferior Vena Cava Thrombectomy (RRVCT) and compare peri operative and oncological outcomes of this approach to open surgery for renal tumors with Level 1-2 Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) Thrombus.
