Peyronie’s disease is an idiopathic fibrotic disease affecting the penile tunica albuginea. Among other resulting deformities, the more common penile curvature should be assessed preferentially with in-office goniometric estimation after pharmacologically induced erection, although clearly invasive and uncomfortable.
