To determine preoperative diagnostic accuracy of F-fluciclovine PET/CT-scan in detection (or exclusion) of lymph node metastases (LNM) in men with prostate cancer (PCa) in comparison to the histopathological results of the extended pelvic lymph node dissection (e-PLND).
