Purpose Axitinib is an orally active multikinase inhibitor currently used to treat patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This study examined the pharmacokinetics of axitinib and the relationship between peak drug concentration (Cmax) and clinical outcomes in real-world practice.
