To investigate the relationship between MRI evidence of prostatitis with clinical symptomatology. Non-malignant abnormalities in peripheral zone are common in prostate mpMRI. These findings are sometimes reported as "prostatitis" or "inflammation" and lead to patient anxiety and urologic referral.
